In general orders are despatched within two business days. We use a selection of freight companies as well as our own fleet of trucks to deliver your orders. We do all we can to keep freight charges to a minimum whilst still delivering on service standards. Transit times vary depending on your location. Generally, it takes between 2-5 business days to most metro areas, remote and regional areas may take longer.

We have a minimum order requirement of $400 incl. GST as it is more cost-effective for our customers to order in bulk, especially if an order is to be freighted. If you don’t reach the minimum order value we add on a handling fee of $50.00 Please speak to us if you need some help with ordering or product suggestions.

If you can’t find our products at your local retailer, ask them to order and stock Rally products in their store. Alternatively, contact our office to advise which store close to you may currently have stock.
